LAHORE: Exercising his powers, under section 15 (4) (VI) of the University of the Punjab (PU), act, Vice Chancellor (VC) has ordered the replacement of four employees, with immediate effect.
College of Earth and Environmental Sciences Principal Professor Dr Sajid Rashid, Resident Officer-II Malik Muhammad Zaheer assigned the duty of Additional Registrar-II, Registrar Prof Dr Liaquat Ali and Punjab University Gujranwala campus Professor (on contract), Dr Faqir Muhammad Irfan assigned the duty of additional registrar; were all relieved from their assignments with immediate effect.
Institute of Chemical Engineering and Technology Prof Dr Abdullah Khan Duranim, Department of examinations Deputy Controller (Conduct) Ghulam Jilani, Dean Faculty of Life Sciences Prof Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan, Treasurer Abdul Latif Deputy (transferred and posted in Punjab University Gujranwala Campus); are assigned to take over the additional duties for the period of six months or till the appointment of regular incumbent.
