minister Yousaf Raza Gilani.
According to media reports, the PTI leadership including Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Shireen Mazari and PTI’s counsel Naeem Bukhari were p

In the last proceedings, Makhdoom Ali Khan made the argument that in order to disqualify the prime
minister, a judicial declaration was needed. Makhdoom further said that Article 62 of the constitution, related to a person being sadiq and ameen (truthful and trustworthy), could be used by people to frame anyone. He said, “The Supreme Court in the Ishaq Khakwani case had declared Article 62 of the constitution a nightmare.”
