KARACHI: The court on Monday has indicted Amir Khan Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) leader with three others for providing safe haven to criminals at Nine-Zero.
Along with Khan, Minhaj Qazi and Raees Mama have also been indicted though all three denied the allegations during the hearing.
Investigation officers and witnesses have also been issued notices for next hearing.

During a raid at MQM Headquarters in 2015, 26 criminals were arrested according to a filing by Sindh Police.
Following the arrests, a case was registered by a Rangers’ official at Azizabad police station under the Anti-Terrorism act 1997. The case was registered under Section 11-V (directing terrorist activities), 21-J (harboring any person who committed an offense under the act), and 7 (punishment for terrorist activities).
